Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Early Childhood Special Education certification required
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher and/or Case Manager
- Excellent understanding of compliance standards at both the state and federal levels
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, individualized instruction to preschool students in accordance with IEPs
- Manage special education caseloads, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Coordinate with teachers, specialists, and families to develop and monitor student goals
- Lead IEP meetings, facilitate evaluation and progress reports
- Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with legal guidelines
