Qualifications or Desired Experience:
- Licensed or certified Physical Therapist with experience in school-based therapy
- Comfortable and willing to work in a school for deaf and hard-of-hearing students
- Previous exposure to pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication skills and adaptability within a team-oriented setting
- Commitment to individualized, student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite physical therapy to three students, following IEP goals and recommendations
- Collaborate with staff, teachers, and families to best support students’ physical development and mobility
- Document session outcomes and progress in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Adapt therapy plans as needed to ensure student engagement and progress
