We offer our Licensed Plumbing Technicians a competitive wage of $40-$55 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll also enjoy our comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Pay: Hourly & salaried positions, paid bi-weekly, with bonuses & overtime opportunities.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate exhibits the qualifications listed below:
- Valid and current Massachusetts journeyman and/or master plumbing license
- 2+ years of field experience in plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Working knowledge of current code requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with power tools and safe work practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, along with experience in ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software, is preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
This is a full-time plumber position. All Licensed Plumbing Technicians participate in the on-call rotation, regardless of department.
In this role, your day will be filled with hands-on installations, diagnostics, and repairs in residential or light commercial settings. You'll quote and invoice jobs using ServiceTitan, maintain detailed documentation, communicate with customers, and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Whether you're handling service calls or construction projects, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and company success.
