Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Licensed Nursing Home Administrators for the University of Vermont Health Network. Multiple openings are available in Berlin and Middlebury, Vermont.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Senior leadership role overseeing Skilled Nursing Center operations
• Responsible for maintaining high-quality clinical care and operational performance within a long-term care environment
• Lead strategic initiatives supporting post-acute and long-term care services
• Collaborate with system leadership, staff, residents, families, and community stakeholders
• Drive regulatory compliance, operational excellence, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives
• Report directly to the VP of Long Term Care Operations
COMPENSATION
• Salary Range: $127,795 - $191,692
• Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable
• Partial Relocation Assistance Available

Requirements:
• Active Nursing Home Administrator License REQUIRED
• Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and/or Assistant Administrator REQUIRED
• Minimum 2-5 years Administrator experience REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field REQUIRED
Preferred:
• 10+ years of LNHA experience
• Master's Degree
• Vermont and/or New York Nursing Home Administrator License
