Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contracted position is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certified with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and qualified to work in school settings. This role serves students from kindergarten through 12th grade within a K-12 school environment located in Derry, NH.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify areas of need
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with CCC credential
- Licensing or eligibility to practice in a school setting
- Experience working with children from K through 12th grade
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
