What You'll Be Doing:

• Building lasting relationships with property owners and landlords
• Working hot inbound leads and converting them into closed deals
• Showcasing listings with tech-forward marketing tools
• Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (especially during the spring boom!)

What You Need:

• MA Real Estate License (or working toward it)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with techreal estate platforms, CRMs, social media
• Self-starter mindset with the drive to hustle
• Ability to work independently AND with a team
• Passion for real estate and a hunger to grow

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in real estate or sales
• Know the Boston neighborhoods like the back of your hand
• Speak multiple languages
