Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach and influence throughout the Merrimack community.
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with current policyholders to ensure their protection needs are met.
Review and analyze regional market trends to adjust our product offerings and sales approaches accordingly.
Foster a collaborative and supportive office culture where every team member feels valued and heard.
Oversee the operational integrity of the agency, ensuring all compliance and licensing standards are strictly upheld.
Engage in local networking and community events to represent the values and reputation of The Atlantic District.
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses in New Hampshire.
Three or more years of experience managing or overseeing an insurance agency or brokerage.
Deep understanding of multi-line insurance products and local market dynamics.
Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a profitable book of business.
Strong organizational skills for overseeing daily administrative and operational tasks.
Capacity to lead and mentor a small staff toward collective success.
