Adecco Staffing is working with an aviation manufacturing company in Londonderry, NH to bring on Welders. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Position: Welder
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as required and approved)
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
Location: Londonderry, NH
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform welding on aircraft components and related parts following detailed specifications
- Prepare materials for welding including cleaning, positioning, and securing components
- Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and compliance with required standards
- Utilize various welding equipment and tools to complete repairs and fabrication
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional production or repair tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous welding experience required (TIG/MIG experience preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Must be able to pass a background check
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, and work in various positions as needed
- Strong visual acuity including close and distance vision

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
