General Application - Cityside Pumpkin Patch

Cityside Pumpkin Patch is an immersive, family-friendly rooftop Halloween experience featuring locally sourced pumpkins, pumpkin smashing, scarecrow archery, interactive photo moments, fall-themed food and drinks, and activities for guests of all ages.

Bucket Listers is hiring a fun and energetic seasonal team for our Cityside Pumpkin Patch experience in Boston, MA.
\n
\n
Event dates: October 3–October 31, 2026
\n
Location: On-site in Boston, MA
\n
Employment type: Temporary, seasonal, hourly
\n
Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
\n
Schedule: Must have strong availability throughout the event, including evenings and weekends. We are hiring immediately.

We’re hiring for the following positions:
\n
\n
Pumpkin Smash Facilitator $30 – $35/hour
\n
Lead guests through a fun and safe pumpkin-smashing experience. This role requires high energy, confidence explaining safety rules and the ability to monitor equipment and guest participation closely.
\n
\n
Ticket Booth Associate $20–$24/hour
\n
Welcome guests, scan or verify tickets, assist with check-in, answer basic event questions and help maintain an organized entrance experience.
\n
\n
Pumpkin Patch Attendant — $20–$24/hour
\n
Monitor designated pumpkin displays and guest areas, help protect event inventory, answer guest questions and alert event leadership to any concerns.
\n
\n
Kids Activity Coordinator — $22–$26/hour
\n
Lead family-friendly activities, explain instructions, maintain organized activity stations and create a welcoming experience for children and their families.
\n
\n
Premium Experience Coordinator — $24–$30/hour
\n
Welcome premium guests, oversee premium areas and inclusions, answer questions and ensure guests receive an organized, elevated experience.
\n
\n
We’re looking for team members who are:

- \n
- Friendly, dependable and comfortable working with the public
- Available for multiple shifts between October 3 and October 31
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Calm and professional in a busy event environment
- At least 18 years old
- Able to attend required training before the event opens

Previous event, hospitality, retail, customer service, camp, childcare or entertainment experience is helpful, but not required for every position.
