"Brewers Tap & Table" ("BTT") is looking to hire an experienced bartender/server.
BTT is independently owned and managed. We are located at 256 Moody Street in Waltham, MA. We feature a scratch kitchen with creative American cuisine, 48 rotating craft beers (with a focus on east coast breweries and highly rated/hard to find beers), boutique wines and craft cocktails.
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional, who is comfortable and capable on the bar, the floor and executing private parties.
BTT is open Wednesday through Sunday for lunch/brunch, dinner and late evening food/drinks.
Shifts include
- Wednesday 10 am to 5 pm +/- and/or Wednesday 4 pm or 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm +/-
- Thursday 10 am to 5 pm +/- and/or Thursday 4 pm or 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm +/-
- Friday 10 am to 5 pm +/- and/or Friday 4 pm or 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm +/-
- Saturday 10 am to 5 pm +/- and/or 2 pm to 11:30 pm +/-
- Sunday 10 am to 5 pm +/- and/or 12 pm to 9:30 pm +/-
- 20 to 40 hours / week are available for the right candidate
Compensation for Servers/Bartenders in 2026 has averaged $40/hour +/- (inclusive of hourly pay and tips).

- Experience is required for Server and/or Bartender positions.
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability are required.
