Role summary

Youllsupportworkplace change and relocation projects forMovePlansgrowing client base across financial services, media & tech, pharma & healthcare, education, and public services. Taking a consulting-led approach,youllpartner withtheMovePlan projectleadto supportclients from startups to global multinationals to shape the right strategy and deliver projectsthat aregrounded in industry best practices.

Youllsupportprojects across various stages, includingstepping into active projects and helping to prepare project set up activities for new initiatives.

Youllwork in a hybrid capacity,balancing on-site requirements with work from home opportunities along with the occasional need to travelwithin andoutside of this region.

Youllbe part ofa team of MovePlan individuals who are committed to deliveringhigh quality, value-addedservicesand outputsto our clients.

Youllsupportbusinessretention andgrowth by creating meaningfulrelationships with existing clientsand vendors.

Whatyoullbe doing

  • RepresentingMovePlan with confidence and professionalism on client sites
  • Providing general project supportto the existing project team
  • Trackingprogress ofproject management activities on behalf of the project team
  • Creatingand deliveringprojectstakeholder communications
  • Preparingfor, attendinganddocumentingnotes forclient and internalprojectmeetings
  • Coordinatingwithand schedulinginternaland external business partners or third-party vendors
  • Performing on-site physical space audits and inventories
  • Collecting and managing project data using Microsoft Office tools
  • Deliveringsomepresentations bothvirtually and in-person
  • Supporting on-site project activities(locally andtravelling)
  • Occasionalweeknightandweekend workon-site
  • Completing internal MovePlan administrative tasks
  • Supporting business development through networking, events, andproposalactivity

Whatyoullneed

  • 1+ years experience insupporting ormanaging projects
  • Customer serviceor hospitalityexperiencewitha passionfor service-based work
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong communicationandpresentationskills
  • Greatorganization skills, attention to detail, and written communication
  • Ability toadaptquickly toremain effective inchanging priorities andfast-pacedenvironments
  • Strong time management and follow-through skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability tomaintainprofessionalism and composure under pressure
  • Demonstratedproblem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated;worksindependently and takesinitiative
  • Experience coordinating vendors, consultants, or external partners
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving project requirements
  • Solid Microsoft Office skillswith a focus on Excel,PowerPointand Teams

  • Willingness to travel andwork occasional weekends
