Prior experience as a Pool Service Technician is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates mechanical knowledge and a strong work ethic. Pay is negotiable and based on prior experience. CPO TRAINING WILL BE HELD IN APRIL FOR QUALIFIED HIRES.
As a Pool ServiceTechnician, you will be essential in performing pool service calls. Your core responsibilities will include pool opening and closing, routine and emergency service calls, equipment repair and installation. Strong communication skills will enable you to interact with clients and provide excellent service. This is a seasonal position March-October.
Duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and plumbing
- Install and replace pool equipment as needed
- Preform pool openings and closings
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- On the job training provided
Skills: (Willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong knowledge of pool maintenance techniques
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools for equipment repair
- Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any pool-related concerns
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
