We are seeking a Production Manager / Supervisor Cleaning And Restoration to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
- Delegate cleaning assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Place production orders from customers
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Assist crew on site in daily assignments and task
- Scope jobs and provide Estimate
- Communicate to client,staff with updates and status
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning ,Restoration or other related fields
- Knowledge of tools and equipment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IICRC certification Helpful
