Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily collision repair production workflow to ensure timely and quality vehicle completion
- Coordinate and schedule technicians, painters, and estimators to maximize shop efficiency
- Monitor repair orders and cycle times to meet or exceed production goals
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the repair process to ensure OEM and industry standards
- Communicate repair status updates with customers, insurance adjusters, and front office staff
- Manage parts ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships to minimize delays
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement solutions to improve throughput
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in auto body production management or a senior collision repair role
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating, and insurance procedures
- Experience with CCC ONE shop management software
- I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of collision repair technicians
- Excellent organizational and time management skills in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills with customers, staff, and insurance representatives
