WhatYou’llDo
As aMaintenance Technician, you will:
- Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
- Maintain grounds,common areas, and equipment
- Identifyand resolve maintenance issues proactively
- Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment

Experience Required for Your Success
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of maintenance experience
- Experience in heat pulse, plumbing, electrical, appliance upkeep, and HVAC
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility for on-call rotation and after-hours needs
- HVAC/EPA/CPO certification is a plus
Schedule & Requirements
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- On-call rotation (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off)
- Flexibility for schedule adjustments as needed
