As the Crew Manager, coordinate sanitation efforts, and uphold high standards of cleanliness in various settings, including commercial, home owners alike. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain safety compliance, and deliver exceptional service to clients . This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team committed to excellence in cleanliness and sanitation with the option of being full-time or part-time depending on your needs.
Responsibilities

Manage client scheduling and daily cleaning activities performed by team members across multiple locations.

Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.

Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.

Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels and address any deficiencies promptly.

Enforce safety procedures related to industrial cleaning, hazardous materials handling, and equipment operation.

Communicate effectively with management and clients to address specific cleaning requirements or concerns.
Requirements

Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a cleaning or janitorial setting.

Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward high performance.

Effective managerial communication skills for training staff and liaising with clients or management.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

This role will require time in the field in addition to time in the office. Office work can be performed remotely, hence hybrid nature of the role.
