We’re looking for a Senior Controls Engineer – Integration Specialist who thrives on solving complex challenges and pushing the boundaries of industrial automation. What You’ll Do
- Own the Process: Drive automation projects from concept to commissioning.
- Design & Innovate: Architect PLC, HMI/SCADA, motion, robotics, and safety systems.
- Integrate Seamlessly: Connect new equipment with existing infrastructure for flawless performance.
- Code Like a Pro: Develop and optimize PLC/HMI programs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Lenze, etc.).
- Lead on Site: Commission systems, troubleshoot, and validate installations.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work with mechanical, electrical, IT, and process engineering teams.
- Mentor & Guide: Share your expertise with junior engineers.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead root-cause analysis and implement best practices.
What Sets You Apart
- Deep knowledge of UL508A, CE, CSA standards.
- Expertise in MES/SCADA integration and Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Hands-on experience with high-speed packaging, automotive, food & beverage, or pharma.
- Proficiency in C++, C#, Structured Text, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Ability to create functional specs, I/O lists, and FMEA documentation.

Qualifications
- BS in Electrical/Controls/Mechanical/Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years in field service or equipment maintenance.
