Location: Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote

Employment Type: Contract 6 months up to $50/hr

What You'll Do:

- Support the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications thru Workday
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through offer.

What We're Looking For:

- \n
- 3-5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or recruiting coordination experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms/Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
