The Opportunity

We're looking for a Financial Planner who can build, structure, and win.

You'll work directly with clients to assess their financial needs and goals, develop personalized financial plans, and provide advice on investments, retirement planning, and long-term wealth management strategies.

What Success Looks Like

As a Financial Planner, you will:

Develop and deliver customized financial planning strategies for clients and their families
Advise clients on investments, retirement planning, risk management, and wealth accumulation
Lead client meetings and build long-term relationships founded on trust and professionalism
Collaborate with advisors and team members to provide a high-touch client experience
Analyze financial data and planning recommendations to support sound decision-making
Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm

Required Qualifications

CFP® designation required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and expertise
Strong understanding of the financial planning process
Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and research skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years of financial planning experience
Experience working with high-net-worth clients and families
Familiarity with eMoney Advisor and other financial planning technologies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Advanced industry credentials or graduate-level education are a plus

We can teach technical processes and firm-specific systems. What we can't teach is emotional intelligence, drive, integrity, and genuine care for clients.
