The Parts Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting mechanics and maintenance teams by managing parts inventory, fulfilling work orders, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for vehicle and equipment repairs. This position is essential to maintaining efficient operations by accurately tracking stock levels, coordinating parts distribution, and maintaining organized storage systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all parts, tools, and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and label inventory in storerooms and storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.

- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Experience in general labor and warehouse operations.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Competence in stocking and data entry.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Bridgewater, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
