Bachelor’s degree in Education, valid state Teaching license or certification, and 1+ years Teaching experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is seeking 2 full-time Kindergarten Teachers for the 20252026 school year in Pittsfield, MA. Each teacher will manage a class of 1517 students, including students with IEPs, with the support of a paraprofessional.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction to Kindergarten students in alignment with the curriculum

• Support students with IEPs, collaborating with team chairs (IACs) as needed

• Work with paraprofessional staff to implement classroom routines and learning activities

• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• General Education teaching certification accepted

• Experience working with students in a classroom setting preferred

• Ability to collaborate with support staff and implement IEP accommodations
