Installation Project Manager – $140K+ Earning Potential | High-End Base + Performance Pay

Base salary range: $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experience, with flexibility to offer at the higher end for highly qualified candidates.

The Role
Endless Energy is seeking an experienced HVAC professional for a strategic, high-impact role that blends technical expertise with leadership and ownership across projects.


This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong field experience, as well as those who bring the technical knowledge and project mindset needed to drive successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

- Review inbound projects from Sales

- Support ductwork design (Manual J, D, S)

- Perform estimates and project takeoffs

- Conduct site visits as needed

- Partner with Installation Manager

- Build and support HVAC talent pipeline

- Improve processes and operational efficiency


Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years HVAC experience

- Strong duct design knowledge

- EPA Certification required

- Valid driver’s license

- Must be able to successfully complete a background screening process, which may include CORI (Criminal Offender Record

Information), motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug testing, where permitted by applicable law.


Preferred Qualifications

- Heat pump experience preferred

- Sheet Metal License a plus


Salary Range (Base Pay): $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience), with real opportunity to earn over $140K annually, including

commissions.

- Includes performance-based pay tied to project success, efficiency, and contribution to business growth.
