Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse • Days
Join our team in Woburn, MA, as a Hospice Registered Nurse for a 13•week contract, providing impactful home•based care.
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am • 4:30 pm
• No on•call duties
• Flexibility to float as needed
Qualifications:
• Active MA RN License
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Home Health experience required
• Proficient in OASIS documentation
• HCHB experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate hospice care in patients' homes
• Manage a caseload of 6 patients daily
• Ensure timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate with the healthcare team
• Maintain productivity and communicate for additional tasks
Additional Information:
• COVID•19 vaccination not required
• Any scrub color acceptable
• Orientation at a designated location
