Position Description and Qualifications:

Qualifications: Master’s degree plus certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). LABA required

Job Description:

Willingness to use creative, interdisciplinary approaches to support clients and families

Create and implement treatment plans through the use of our practice management system software.

Excellent knowledge of ethics, standards, best practices, and regulations for the ABA clinical field.

Excellent communication and people skills/ aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts

Prior experience overseeing insurance funded services, preferred

BCBA Essential Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, progress notes and session notes

Coordinate, train, and supervise BTs/ RBT’s and parents; providing mentoring, support, and constructive feedback

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports

Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children

Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA

Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted.

Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection and graph/monitor progress through visual analysis.

Must be eligible to work in the US no sponsorships.

No relocation offered.

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $60-$80/hour

Physical Requirements:

Sitting, lifting up to 50#, kneeling, stretching, standing and computer work
