Shift of the Opto-Mechanical Assembler:
1st Shift - Flexible start times between 6-8am. OT available.
Pay Rate/Salary of the Opto-Mechanical Assembler:
$21.00 - $23.00/hr
Responsibilities of the Opto-Mechanical Assembler:
- Assemble and inspect small electronic, optical, and fiber components.
- Use microscopes, soldering tools, and hand instruments for precision work.
- Follow assembly drawings, schematics, and written procedures.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and lens cleaning as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards.
Qualifications of the Opto-Mechanical Assembler:
- 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience (cleanroom preferred).
- Experience with microscopes, soldering, or small-part assembly a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
