Job Summary:
HireCare Services — Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Woburn, MA. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans

Stay current with latest research and best practices in physical therapy

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts

Minimum 0 years of experience in a physical therapy setting (new graduates welcome to apply)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
