About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team in Walpole, MA, and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while working alongside a collaborative and supportive care team.
What You’ll Do:
Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you will:

Respond to call lights and resident requests
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and incontinence care
-
Assist with meals, including feeding as needed
-
Support residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and wheelchair assistance
-
Assist with range-of-motion exercises
-
Turn and reposition residents as required
-
Provide respectful, compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment

Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:

Active CNA certification (required before start date)

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
-
1 year of CNA or caregiver experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
-
Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations
