SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Newton, MA! We're looking for caring and responsible individuals who want to make a difference by helping clients with their daily needs while allowing them to remain comfortable and independent at home. Your Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living environment

• Follow individualized care plans and established routines

• Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
