Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and coordinate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to meet operational needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Support sales initiatives and promote menu offerings to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure quality and consistency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related degree is a plus.
