<li>Program Overview Position: Entry-level Drafter</li>
<li>Pay Rate: $21/hour</li>
<li>Contract Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire</li>
<li>Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (½ hour lunch)</li>
<li>Dress Code: Business casual (jeans, sneakers, t-shirt acceptable; collar and dress shoes preferred)</li>
<li>Environment: Typical office setting, working in a cube with multiple monitors</li>

<li>Role &amp; Candidate Profile - Entry-level CAD-focused drafting role</li>
<li>Projects include:</li>
<li>2D drawings, wireline diagrams, BOM development</li>
<li>Creating drawings based on parts catalogs for customers like AT&amp;T, Frontier, Verizon</li>
<li>Long-term assignments aligned to a single client for several months.</li>
<li>Required skills:</li>
<li>Exposure to any CAD platform is highly preferred if not required</li>
<li>Any GIS Experience </li>
<li>Folks with some experience or fresh out of a trade school seem to work well</li>
<li>Strong office professionalism and aptitude for detailed work</li>
<li>Great work ethic</li>
<li>Attitude over aptitude</li>
<li>Training &amp; Onboarding Process</li>
<li>First 2 weeks: Group work in a room with instructor</li>
<li>Next phase: Individual project work in the same room with instructor guidance</li>
<li>Final phase: Assigned a mentor and QC contact on production floor</li>
<li>QC will be tasked with reviewing and correcting drawings, Mentor will be a buddy system approach</li>
