Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and established routines

• Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in clients’ homes

• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
