Job Title: Shipping Specialist Pay Rate: $20-25/hr Location: Burlington, MA 01803 Duration: Direct-Hire/PERM Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for receiving and verifying all distribution orders</li>
<li>Responsible to organize day-to-day duties as it pertains to distribution</li>
<li>Responsible for initial review donor tissue implantation packets prior to release for distribution</li>
<li>Responsible for inventory management within storage freezer on-site</li>
<li>Proper shipping and receiving of non-inventory items</li>
<li>Complete understanding of dedicated ground couriers and the expectation of</li>
<li>Remains highly functioning at quality multi-tasking and organization</li>
<li>Engage with vendors on supplies and inventory needs</li>
<li>Oversee projects related to operational optimization as designated</li>
<li>Assist with physical inventory counts.</li>
<li>Positive and engaging work ethic</li>
<li>Self-motivator</li>
<li>Multi-tasker</li>
<li>Able to lift 70lbs</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent</li>
<li>Microsoft computer skills needed</li>
<li>Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock</li>
<li>Receiving, stocking, and stacking</li>
<li>Pulling, packing, and loading</li>
<li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong sense of time organization and urgency</li>
<li>Able to work independently and within a team</li>
