We are working with a full-service, multi-office law firm seeking an associate with a minimum of three years of complex litigation experience to join their Boston, MA; New York, NY; or Washington, DC office.
The successful candidate will join a nationally recognized group representing major companies in all phases of federal and state antitrust litigation, investigations, counseling, and review and clearance of M&A transactions, as well as litigating technology-related disputes (many including antitrust claims). The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience, including antitrust experience. Experience with HSR matters is a plus.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, be highly motivated, have strong communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Experience at a leading law firm preferred. Bar admission in the state of practice is required. Graduation from law school and practice experience is required.
