Production Manager (Hands-On Manufacturing Leadership)

CSMi designs, manufactures, and markets the HUMAC NORM System worldwide (www.csmisolutions.com). We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead our production team of five and scale operations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical and electrical assembly within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on precision, quality, and continuous improvement. This role requires both leadership and direct involvement on the production floor.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day production, following standardized method sheets, and assembling mechanical and electrical components as needed. The Production Manager will regularly use hand and power tools, work closely with the team to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery, and report to the COO.
