Responsibilities
\n
\n
You will be tasked with the responsibilities for the configuration and deployment of our
\n
solution at customer sites, training channel partners and customers, third party logistics
\n
and working closely with the sales teams in a pre and post sales capacity to ensure
\n
schedules are met. Project management is a key part of this position.
\n
You will also be responsible for onboarding new customers and channel partners as well
\n
as assisting support in the early stages of a deployment with Tier 1-3 support activities
\n
and be willing to travel.
\n
\n
Other duties include:
\n
\n
• Project manage the pre and post sales activities with all stakeholders
\n
• Ensure the successful installation of the Unified Office platform
\n
• Performing site surveys for successful deployment and installation
\n
• Work closely with distribution and installation partners
\n
• Work closely with product development on new features and services
\n
• Train partners and customers on Unified Office systems• Represent Unified Office at trade shows and conference events
\n
• Present Unified Office to potential customers and partners
\n
Skills & Experience
\n
Good working knowledge of IP Networks, Security, and VoIP protocols such as SIP, SIP-
\n
T, TRIP, SIP Trunking are desired. The ideal candidate should also have systems
\n
interoperability and integration experience and must be detail oriented and assume
\n
project ownership with minimal supervision.
