Our organization is in search of a dedicated LNA/MNA to join our team for part-time shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering direct care to residents, assisting them with daily living tasks, and administering medications safely under the guidance of a nurse.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health conditions.
• Supporting individualized care plans that focus on restorative and person-centered approaches.
• Maintaining precise documentation of care provided.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents to enhance their experience.
