BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Charlestown, MA team. Responsibilities for a Nurse Supervisor:
- You will visit our geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Charlestown, MA and surrounding areas.
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans in collaboration with clinicians, clients, families, and field staff..
- Supervise, support, and mentor Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants in the field.
- You will facilitate new hire orientation for Home Health Aides/ Certified Nursing Assistants
- Lead in-service training and ongoing staff education to uphold exceptional care standards.
Qualifications for a Nurse Supervisor:
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Home health or community-based experience strongly preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
