Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient

Location: New London, NH
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $37.35/hr – $57.74/hr

Your Impact as an Occupational Therapist
As a vital member of our Rehabilitation team, you will provide expert occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting, helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life. You’ll be empowered to apply your clinical skills in a supportive, patient-centered environment that values evidence-based practice and compassionate care.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Conducting thorough evaluations and designing personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
  • Delivering hands-on therapy using manual techniques, neuro-rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and functional activities.
  • Tracking patient progress and adapting treatment approaches to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Educating patients and families to foster understanding and active participation in recovery.
  • Maintaining precise clinical documentation and adhering to established departmental standards.
  • Mentoring and supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students to support team excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist eligible to practice in New Hampshire (required).
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with outpatient experience preferred.
  • Skilled in managing conditions involving the upper quadrant, including orthopedic, neurologic, and post-operative cases.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communicator with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
