Job DescriptionJoin our client’s dynamic team as a Junior Paid Media Specialist on a 6-12 month+ contract basis and play a vital role in executing impactful digital advertising campaigns. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in digital marketing by supporting the delivery of online advertising, paid social, and search initiatives. Working closely with experienced senior specialists and the broader digital media team, you will gain hands-on experience managing campaign setups, trafficking, asset coordination, and performance tracking, all while honing your skills in analytics and marketing technology. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a collaborative spirit and a passion for digital advertising, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and contribute meaningfully to campaign success.
Compensation:
$35-$37/hr*

Applicants must be able to work onsite in Boston MA, 3 days per week to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery, analyze data, and provide insights to support ongoing optimization and improvements.
- Manage and maintain trafficking sheets, ensuring creative assets, links, tracking requirements, and other campaign details are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to collect assets, communicate deadlines, and ensure campaign deliverables stay on track.
- Support paid search programs by managing keywords, ads, performance reports, and routine campaign updates.
- Review ad units for compliance, verify tracking codes, and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to ensure campaigns launch and run smoothly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, with 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media; internships and placements may be considered.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities, particularly when reviewing multiple versions of creative and ad units.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, legal, technical, and other internal and external teams.
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, analytics, and marketing technology, with an interest in continuing to build technical and analytical skills.
- Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify potential issues early and take appropriate action.
- Agency or account support experience is a plus.
