Job DescriptionMechanical Assembler / Soldering Technicain - Contract To Hire
The Mechanical Assembler position is available in the Bedford, NH area. This role is essential in a high mix/low volume manufacturing environment, where the company is known for its commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Shift of the Mechanical Assembler:
9/80 every other Friday off. 6a-3:30pm or 7am-4:30pm
Pay Rate/Salary of the Mechanical Assembler:
$26.00 - $28.00/hr
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Assembler:
- Perform assembly, calibration, and testing of products and components using assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly tasks.
- Inspect and test parts and products according to established quality standards.
- Rotate through mechanical operations to meet team production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications of the Mechanical Assembler:
- Must be a US Person.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work from blueprints and assembly procedures.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.
