Assistant Project Manager – Engineering & Construction Management
The Assistant Project Manager will support senior Project Managers in various aspects of project execution, including project setup, execution, closeout, financial management, and relationship management. This role involves assisting with project administration, client communication, and ensuring projects adhere to company procedures and deadline
· Assist the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project operations
· Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
· Handle submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and document control
· Help manage schedules, materials, and labor tracking
· Utilize project management platforms (Procore or PlanGrid preferred)
· A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is often preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in construction management, with a industrial general contractor is desired.
· Experience with project management software like Procore, CMiC, or MS Office Suites is a plus.
