Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
- Licensure:
- Active PT Vermont state license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or similar setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing and executing individualized treatment plans.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and design personalized therapy plans.
