We are a fast-growing home improvement company specializing in high-end sunroom construction, serving clients across New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. We are currently seeking skilled, reliable, and fully insured subcontractors to join our team on a per-project basis.

Position: Sunroom Builder (Subcontractor)

Location: New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts
Compensation: Above-market pay, per job (not hourly)
Start Date: Immediate openings available

Requirements:

Proven experience in sunroom construction or similar residential building work

Must have own vehicle, tools, and equipment

Must carry active liability insurance

High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail

Ability to manage timelines and work independently

Excellent communication and professionalism on job sites

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Experience with framing, windows, roofing, and finish work

A strong portfolio of completed sunroom or similar residential projects

Ability to read blueprints and follow engineering specs

Willingness to travel within NH, ME, and MA
