Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time opportunity is available for a licensed mental health professional to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting in Cambridge, MA. This role is ideal for individuals holding credentials as LMHC, LCSW, LSW, or School Adjustment Counselor who possess experience in behavioral support, social work, or guidance counseling within educational environments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or School Adjustment Counselor certification
  • Experience working as a Behavior Specialist, Social Worker, or Guidance Counselor in K-12 schools
  • Strong understanding of student behavioral health and counseling techniques
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff, families, and students to develop effective interventions

Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health counseling and behavioral support services to students within the school setting
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive student outcomes
  • Maintain confidential student records and comply with all relevant regulations
  • Support the creation of a safe and supportive learning environment for all students

Position Details:

  • Part-time contract role for the 2025/2026 school year
  • Flexible schedule ranging from 8 to 25 hours per week during school hours (8:00 AM 4:00 PM), with adjustments available to accommodate availability
  • Located at a K-12 school in Cambridge, MA
