Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a Physical Therapist at Bedford Hills Center. You'll work with residents in a skilled nursing setting to improve how they move, with treatment shaped by their abilities, recovery needs, and personal goals.
What You'll Do

Assess mobility and identify barriers to safe movement
</li>
<li>
Develop therapy plans focused on strength, balance, walking, and transfers
</li>
<li>
Provide treatment and modify activities as residents progress
</li>
<li>
Share recommendations with nursing, families, and the rehab team
</li>
<li>
Maintain clear evaluations and treatment documentation
</li>

Qualifications
