Deerfield Packaging is looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals to assist with day-to-day production tasks and organization in CNC and Production areas
Job Characteristics- The Main function of the job will be to assist the machine operators’ tasks needed to complete production goals. Includes but not limited to entry level machine operation, grinding, ending bars and general labor assistance in the production and CNC departments.
Generous shift differential for 12 hour night shift

Able to work with a team to accomplish company goals
Strict attention to safety procedures and guidelines including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE)
Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Adherence to attendance policy
Required Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education/Experience
1+ year in a manufacturing atmosphere would be helpful but not required.
