Plating Technician – Join Our Team!
Location: Lincoln, NH
Duration: 12 months with extension possibilities
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) | 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Fri) | 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Mon–Sat)
Pay: $20.44/hr – $24.94/hr on W2 without benefits

What You’ll Do:
As a Plating Technician, you’ll operate assigned metal finishing equipment to produce high-quality plated components. You’ll ensure all safety mechanisms are functioning, maintain top-quality standards, and play a critical role in achieving production goals.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Load and unload tote pans, baskets, and racks with parts for processing
• Perform plating operations such as cleaning, etching, desmutting, pickling, bright dipping, dyeing, degreasing, heat treating, coating, and drying
• Operate electric hoists and manual lifting equipment
• Monitor and maintain temperature and quality of plating solutions
• Inspect processed parts to ensure product quality and specifications
• Maintain cleanliness of tanks and work areas
• Record production data, counts, and process adjustments
• Assist with chemical handling, solution maintenance, and troubleshooting as required
• Participate in improvement suggestions and daily 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) activities
What We’re Looking For:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in metal finishing, plating, or related manufacturing preferred
• Basic understanding of chemistry and plating processes
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a standing position for extended periods
• Must be shift-flexible, including weekends as required
