Minimum Requirements
\n
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluation, treatment plan development, and functional goal setting.
- Experience with documentation including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, functional quality indicator assessment, and charge entry in compliance with clinic policies and payer requirements.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide clinical instruction to students as assigned.
- Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education.
- Preferred: Experience with safe patient handling practices and outpatient clinic equipment.

- Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
