Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist – Rehabilitation
Location: Hyannis, MA
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across all age groups. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy
- Monitor progress and modify treatment as needed
- Document patient care and communicate with care teams
- Support discharge planning and patient/family education
- Participate in quality improvement and training activities
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC – ASHA)
- Active Massachusetts SLP License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ASHA ethical standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in swallowing disorders (preferred)
- Experience across pediatric to geriatric populations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
