Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of Massachusetts
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are welcome
- Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders among students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide evidence-based therapy to students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based team discussions
